Overview

The Embroidery Machine Operator/Maintenance Tech position has dual responsibilities. Primary responsibility is to run and maintain the industrial embroidery machine. Secondary responsibility is to support maintenance with miscellaneous repairs and upkeep. Employee must be able to work independently or in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Primary
    • Digitize engineering DXFs for embroidery machine.
    • Producing product on embroidery machine
    • Assists with troubleshooting problems and repairs with machinery.
    • Perform routine maintenance and maintain proper adjustment of machinery.
    • PMs for embroidery machine
    • Digitized document organization
    • Working with scheduling to maintain kanban levels of standard products.
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Secondary
    • Assist maintenance department with PMs.
    • Assist maintenance department with repair requests.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
