Jerry Seiner North Salt Lake GMC is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing dealership that values integrity, teamwork, and career development.
Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team through training, coaching, and performance management.
Set and achieve sales and gross profit goals, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Oversee daily sales operations, including desking deals, monitoring performance, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
Drive customer satisfaction and dealership reputation by maintaining high delivery standards and top-tier CSI/PDS scores.
Collaborate across departments to strengthen communication, marketing efforts, and F&I performance.
Analyze sales trends and market data to forecast goals, recommend inventory adjustments, and support advertising and promotional strategies.
Minimum 2 years of dealership sales experience (management experience preferred).
Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and finance procedures.
Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing and motivating successful teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
(Preferred) Internet car sales experience.
Fastest-growing GMC store along the Wasatch Front.
