JOB SUMMARY
As ASI's Receptionist, you are the first impression and the ongoing experience. You'll greet guests, support company events, enhance the office atmosphere, and make ASI a place people love to visit and work in. You'll also support administrative functions that keep the office running smoothly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hospitality, Guest Experience & Reception
- Create a warm, polished, and positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.
- Greet, host, and process visitors, candidates, clients, and tour groups.
- Curate the lobby environment-ambiance, cleanliness, music, presentation, and overall "feel."
- Help plan and support company events, celebrations, office parties, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate refreshments, meals, and accommodations for events, visitors, and VIPs.
Office Environment & Experience Management
- Manage office supplies, kitchen supplies, and common-area presentation with an emphasis on hospitality and employee comfort.
- Support company projects to enhance workspace experience (decor, re-organization, signage, seasonal setups, etc.).
- Support clerical responsibilities (copies, mail, filing) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, hospitality, customer experience, or similar role.
- Strong hospitality mindset-warm, professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping a polished, calm presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
