YOUR ROLE AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As our Front Desk Receptionist, your main responsibilities include answering incoming calls, greeting guests, and assisting with secretarial work such as filing and printing schedules and menus. Additionally, you have the opportunity to interact with the elderly residents and assist them with day-to-day questions and even take the general public on tours.
