We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Professional to join our North Salt Lake team. This individual will build strong client relationships, represent Alpine with professionalism, and play a key role in helping clients recover after disaster.


Office Location:
 Lindon, UT

Service Area: Salt Lake and Utah Counties

Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 base annually + performance based commissions

 

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Alpine's services to current and prospective clients as directed by the VP of Sales.

  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, commercial partners, and government referral sources.

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and actively contribute to sales growth strategies.

  • Conduct daily route marketing and document activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and networking opportunities.

  • Support customer satisfaction by working closely with operations staff to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Attend marketing events, trade shows, and industry meetings; set up and take down displays as needed.

  • Track and provide measurable results from sales and marketing activities.

  • Stay current with Alpine services, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • Participate in Alpine training programs and safety courses.

  • Serve as part of the on-call sales rotation to respond quickly to fire and disaster emergencies.

  • Be available to work evening and weekend events as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals and drive business development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM software, internet tools, and smartphones.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and ability to represent Alpine's brand with integrity.

  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Ability to quickly travel to job sites, primarily in Utah and Salt Lake Counties.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call emergency rotations.

  • Experience developing strategic relationships within the insurance and restoration industry is preferred.

 

Physical Demands

  • Occasional lifting of 5–50 lbs. (10%–35% of the time).

  • Extended periods of standing, bending, and crouching as required.

  • Manual dexterity for keyboarding and repetitive tasks.
