GENERAL SUMMARY

The Global Marketing Team wants to expand and hire a robust Project Marketing Manager. Measuring success in this role drives a vast array of new product launches to on-time production, which is mission-critical to the continued growth and success of Nature's Sunshine. Critical Project Management timelines and measurable objectives will be put in place so that you know what success looks like in this role. Duties and responsibilities include ensuring cross-functional teams meet all deadlines and scope requirements by completing milestones according to plan. In addition, your position as a Marketing Project Manager must provide concrete guidance on what everyone needs to do and the most efficient way to complete each step.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive global product launches for on-time manufacturing and sale.

Communicate milestones, progress, and requirements to cross-functional teams.

Provide updates and seek alignment in recurring global market meetings and calls.

Maintain accuracy and continuous update of cloud-based project management tracking application.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Knowledge: Understanding of and ability to use project management software. Understands or can quickly become proficient in Agile software. Consumer packaged goods experience will be considered relevant but must be in a complex organization that launches many products yearly.

Skill: Certified PMP with at least five years of experience in vitamin and supplement manufacturing. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. The ideal candidate needs to have owned all facets of Project Management in a prior role that can be measured and meaningful. Highly organized and strong project management skills. Can effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks. Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Ability: Proactive orientation with a "can do" approach, drive, and commitment to seeing projects to completion. Ability to communicate and be quick to identify and solve complex problems. Able to develop strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional departments. Competent solutions-oriented thinker and problem-solver.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in business or related. Project management credentials are a must. Minimum of 5 years project management in consumer-packaged goods within a highly complex manufacturing,
