HOURS PER WEEK: Averages 32-40.

Wages: $20 per hour.

Dates Available: Mid-November thru Mid-April (see attached job description for more details).

A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor:

Imagine starting your day with a stunning mountain view. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage a team of front desk attendants. During breaks, you can ski right outside the lodge doors. After your shift, relax and share experiences with colleagues in a supportive and vibrant environment.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality

What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Front desk operations and guest service protocols
• Team management and training techniques
• Safety and emergency procedures
• Reservation systems and hotel policies

Work Schedule & Location:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Situated at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering ski-in, ski-out access
