Position Summary
The Call Center Representative supports ASEA distributors and customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication. You will help resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product and service information in both English and Hungarian, following ASEA's service standards and support processes.
This role mirrors the core responsibilities used across ASEA's Associate Support positions, including handling inquiries, researching solutions, and accurately entering customer information.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone and email inquiries in Hungarian and English, providing clear and helpful information.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns by researching solutions and exploring alternatives.
- Provide customers and distributors with accurate product and service information.
- Complete transactions and enter new customer information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up on open cases and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain up‑to‑date product and system knowledge.
- Collaborate as part of a supportive, global call center team.
- Follow all call documentation and CRM requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent, business‑level Hungarian and English (spoken, written, comprehension).
- Experience in customer service required; call center environment preferred.
- Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Friendly, flexible, dependable, and professional.
- Able to work independently and think critically to solve problems.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet tools, and CRM systems.
