Senior HR Operations Manager

Job Summary:

This role will lead our Global HR Operations, HR Information Systems, Compliance & Payroll. As a key member of the HR Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, as well as providing strategic solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Establish and streamline HR processes to increase operational efficiency and deliver exceptional employee experience.
  • Implement system enhancements or automation that reduce manual workload, improving accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Ensure HR systems compliance with regulatory standards and drive improvement in data accuracy through regular audits and enhancements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR operations and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure consistent and standardized HR services across the organization.
  • Global policy and process deployment
  • Support data governance processes in conjunction with HRIS.
  • Monitor local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, ensuring required updates are completed.
  • Maintain reporting schedule and delivery of regulatory required employee data.
  • Regularly audit HR processes and documentation to identify and rectify areas of non-compliance.
  • Coordinate with global teams for project implementation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
  • 10 years HR-related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, labor law, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • In-depth understanding and application of employment law such as ADA, ADEA, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation and COBRA.
  • Deep knowledge of HR compliance and reporting requirements including benefit filings.
  • In-depth understanding of benefits administration including ERISA regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience creating and implementing compensation philosophies and structures with a focused understanding of pay equity.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
