We're seeking a strategic, execution-minded Executive Vice President (EVP) to steer daily operations and lead flagship initiatives across resorts, renovations, conversions, and other high-impact projects.
The Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company with direct accountability for flagship projects, resorts, property renovations, and other specialty projects critical to the company's success. The EVP collaborates with the CEO and other executive team members to set and drive the company's strategic direction, operational performance, and financial outcomes. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in operational management, strategic planning, organizational development, and experience leading executives and corporate support teams to achieve results.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day company operations; build a high-performance, people-first culture that consistently meets goals.
Resort & Flagship Assets: Provide executive oversight for resort positioning, membership/residences, and long-term strategy.
Renovations & Conversions: Lead major renovations, brand conversions, and specialty projects-ensuring brand alignment, operational readiness, and ROI.
Strategy to Execution: Translate the strategic plan into annual operating plans, KPIs, performance management, and accountability cadences.
Financial Outcomes: Own operational P&L performance; partner with Finance/Accounting on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investor targets.
Owner/Partner Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to owners and key partners; safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze processes, identify gaps, and deploy scalable systems, policies, and SOPs that improve efficiency and guest/owner satisfaction.
Hospitality Executive: 10+ years in executive leadership within hotels/hospitality and 10+ years progressive operations experience; 5+ years senior operations leadership in full-service or luxury brands.
Proven Project Leadership: Track record leading openings, transitions, conversions, and large-scale renovations with measurable results.
Multi-Property Acumen: Success as a regional/area market leader with multi-brand exposure and complex F&B/resort environments.
Financial & Commercial Rigor: Strong P&L stewardship, budgeting/forecasting, cost control, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
People & Change Leadership: Builds high-performing executive and corporate support teams; coaches leaders; drives adoption of new strategies and systems.
Owner/Stakeholder Savvy: Diplomatic communicator who balances brand standards with market realities to achieve outcomes.
Travel varies 25-75% based on project and portfolio needs; flexibility for on-site leadership at resorts and project locations.
